Dresses/Apparel:
We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands:
We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@briannacannon.com if you have concerns about your order or wish to request an exchange and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.
I look better in the smaller profile headbands and this is a great compromise between my big knotted headbands and the thin velvet bow headbands. I love it!

I have bought a few for me and when my step-daughter saw them, she wanted one. I had her pick this one out and ordered it, along with a few others, for her. They don't pinch and are easy to wear all day long. Most headbands bother me after a few hours, but not these.
